Delivery & Pickup

Metro Manila Pickup

Pickup is available within Metro Manila at designated Aino pickup points:

  • Balintawak, Quezon City
  • Taguig City

Pickup arrangements and the specific pickup location will be confirmed when the order is arranged.

Metro Manila & Nearby Areas

For deliveries within Metro Manila and nearby areas, the following options are available:

  • J&T Express – overnight delivery
  • Grab – instant delivery
  • Lalamove – instant delivery

The buyer is responsible for all applicable delivery and shipping fees.

Delivery fees and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and delivery service selected.

Nationwide Delivery

J&T Express delivery is available to Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao via land or sea transport only.

For deliveries to Visayas, orders will be dispatched from Cebu City.

For deliveries to Mindanao, orders will be dispatched from General Santos City.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping route, and logistics provider.

The buyer is responsible for the applicable shipping fee.
