Returns

Aino accepts returns provided that the product is returned within one (1) month from the date of purchase and remains in its original, intact condition.

Aino Injectable Vials

For injectable products:

  • The vial must remain sealed and unopened.
  • The seal must be intact.
  • The injection fluid must remain in its original condition and must not be compromised in any way.
  • Aino cannot accept or refund vials that have been opened, have a broken seal, or have otherwise compromised contents.
Aino Tablets

For tablet products:

  • The tablet packet must remain sealed and intact.
  • The tablets must remain intact and undamaged.
  • Aino cannot accept or refund packets containing tablets that are broken, damaged, or otherwise compromised.

Inspection Before Refund

Aino reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund.

A refund will only be processed after the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the applicable return conditions.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused for return and refund.


Cancellations

Aino does not process orders or payments through the website. All orders are arranged directly with Aino through the website chat.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us through the chat as soon as possible.

If the order has already been prepared, dispatched, or handed over to a delivery service and can no longer be cancelled, you may return the product to Aino in accordance with the return conditions outlined above.

For a return to be eligible for a refund:

  • Injectable vials must remain sealed and unopened, with the seal intact and the injection fluid uncompromised.
  • Tablet packets must remain sealed and intact, with all tablets undamaged.
  • The product must be returned within one (1) month from the date of purchase.
  • Aino reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving and processing a refund.

The cost of returning the product to Aino is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on Aino’s part.
